Common Areas
"Common Area" shall mean any real property owned, leased or maintained by the Association (including the improvements thereto) for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.
The Common Areas in our community are:

Roads, Right A Way including signage.

Area Around the Front Sign ... the Alexander Lakes Sign

Wetlands Mitigation Bank (Parcels A and B): Approximately 106 acres of land in two parcels located to the east and south of the developed area and Cedar Run. The area is designated as Wetlands Mitigation Bank and is owned and controlled by the association.
Access to the Wetlands Mitigation Bank is via a path located between Lots 12 and 14. There is no parking available on the roads or in the access to the area, however you can enter the area on foot via the path. Please be good stewards of the area ... environmental regulations require that the area be maintained in its natural state. EFHOA can make not improvements or modifications to the land without permission of the county.
